EmailReady: Email Campaign Checker
For custom HTML email developers and agencies
How do I check HTML email links before sending?
EmailReady checks custom HTML campaign files for leftover URLs, unexpected domains, inconsistent tracking, image and markup issues before you send. It shows the exact source evidence, lets you review approved corrections and exports the reviewed files with a clear report. One email is free; campaign review costs US$19 per month.
Files stay in this browser. Payment and access checks never receive your HTML, filenames, URLs or findings.

Review findings
Confirm campaign expectations and see repeated issues grouped across every affected file.
03

04
Export
Download reviewed HTML and a clear QA package with originals, reports and integrity hashes.
EmailReady campaign workspace
Add your final HTML emails.
Choose files from this device, paste one email or try the synthetic campaign. EmailReady checks the current source here in your browser and never sends campaign content for analysis.
What this proves
Source QA and reviewed corrections
Not inbox rendering, deliverability, legal approval, or universal Outlook compatibility.
No email source is loaded.
1. Add emails
Choose HTML emails
HTML or HTM · up to 20 files · 1,000,000 bytes each · 10,000,000 bytes combined
Selecting valid files replaces the current in-memory project. A failed replacement leaves current work intact.
Reopen a saved project
This restores files only from the project file you saved. It does not recover purchased access.
Paste one email
Purchased access
Recover an existing subscription
Access recovery verifies an active subscription. It cannot restore HTML, corrections, or a local project; local files return only when you reopen the project file you saved for that work.
Send a one-time recovery link
The response is the same whether or not an active subscription exists. Links expire after 15 minutes and work once.
Work with a repeatable method
Guides for the checks around the tool.
The scanner is one part of campaign QA. These field guides show how to prepare expectations, review exceptions, and prove the delivered message.

Questions before you review
What does EmailReady check?
It checks the HTML source you provide for bounded link, tracking, image, markup, and campaign-consistency findings. Every result identifies evidence in the source.
Does EmailReady test inbox rendering or deliverability?
No. It does not send the campaign, visit destinations, emulate inbox clients, or certify accessibility, legal compliance, or deliverability. Complete those checks in your sending platform and target inboxes.
Does my campaign source leave this device?
No. Source analysis, reviewed corrections, preview generation, saved projects, and exports happen in this browser. Payment and access requests are separate and do not include campaign content.
What does access recovery restore?
It restores an active subscription after browser storage is lost. It cannot restore local HTML, a saved project, or a downloaded QA package; keep those files in your own approved storage.
When is a subscription needed?
One email and its export are free. Reviewing a real campaign of 2 to 20 files together requires an active US$19/month subscription that you can manage or cancel through the billing portal.
Ready when your final HTML is.
Start with the built-in campaign or bring one finished email. Review the source before deciding whether a campaign subscription is useful.
