Terms of use

The paid generator supports only the exact bank, service, operation, and capabilities displayed in the product. Current support covers normal ISSUE files for the displayed National Bank, Scotiabank, and TD services.

You must choose the correct enrolled service and enter the bank details assigned to that setup. One Purpose Tools generates the supported file locally; it does not enroll an account or transmit the generated file to a bank. Keep the download unchanged and use it in your existing bank workflow.

The Jane product supports a Canadian CAD summary-close workflow using the exact reports and conditions shown in the tool. It checks source totals, reconciles supported Jane Payments payouts to bank entries, applies the QuickBooks account mappings you provide, and prepares a balanced local package. It does not connect to Jane or QuickBooks, post to QuickBooks, select accounts, decide tax treatment, provide accounting or tax advice, or guarantee that QuickBooks will accept a file in every company configuration.

Reconciliation and journal preview are free. One CAD $15 purchase, plus applicable tax, unlocks one eligible close package. Payment cannot override a failed source control, missing or ambiguous bank match, unsupported activity, Sales Tax Centre incompatibility, A/R or A/P mapping, incomplete profile, or unbalanced journal.

Refunds, credits, gift cards, packages, memberships, multi-currency, patient-level receivables/payables, and other conditions the product marks unsupported require manual accounting review. You are responsible for having the mappings and policy reviewed by your accountant or bookkeeper and for reviewing the journal before import.

EmailReady performs bounded source-level checks on the HTML files you select. It does not visit destinations, render messages in inbox clients, send through an email platform, test deliverability, certify accessibility or legal compliance, or replace final review in the sending platform.

One selected email and the bundled synthetic sample can be reviewed and exported without a subscription. Correcting or exporting a real campaign of two to twenty files requires an active EmailReady subscription for one operator at US$19 per month, plus applicable tax. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal; Stripe shows the effective timing of cancellation.

A downloaded local project can restore its embedded source and replay verified corrections. Purchase recovery restores eligible subscription access only and does not restore HTML, corrections, local project files, or QA packages. Keep your own authorized copies and complete inbox, platform, accessibility, legal, and deliverability checks before sending.

Shopify Payout Close supports a bounded Canadian CAD workflow using one Shopify Payments balance-transactions CSV and one Shopify Orders CSV, plus the activity totals, payout details, bank evidence, exception allocations, and QuickBooks account mappings you manually enter and visibly review. It does not accept a native payout-summary CSV. It does not connect to Shopify, a bank, or QuickBooks, post an entry, choose accounts, decide tax treatment, or provide accounting or tax advice.

The reconciliation, controls, grouped findings, and complete journal preview are free. One CAD $19 purchase, plus applicable tax, unlocks one eligible store-month close package for 30 days. Payment cannot override a failed source control, an unmatched or ambiguous payout, unsupported allocation, incomplete mapping, stale review, or unbalanced journal. Incomplete bank evidence remains explicitly unverified and requires manual review; payment cannot turn it into bank verification.

If the tool does not work for your supported files, contact support@onepurposetools.com for a refund. Send only the Checkout Session identifier or a redacted Stripe receipt and a short description; never send financial files or values. A refunded purchase cannot be used for future access recovery, but a refund cannot erase files you already downloaded.

The package is a review draft. You and your accountant or bookkeeper remain responsible for confirming source completeness, accounting policy, account mapping, posting date, and QuickBooks acceptance before import. Purchase recovery restores eligible access for the same opaque store-month scope; it cannot recover the source CSVs, bank evidence, allocations, mappings, notes, or package.

Bank Statement Converter supports native-text CAD chequing statement structures that the product can qualify. It does not promise compatibility with every bank, read scans or photographs, connect to a bank, categorize transactions, create journal entries, detect fraud, or post to accounting software.

Qualification, diagnostics, source review, and controls are free. One CAD $9 purchase, plus applicable tax, unlocks the selected eligible batch of up to ten statements and corrections or reruns for 30 days. Payment never overrides an ambiguous layout, unsupported account, incomplete page set, failed balance control, or unsafe output.

The QBO CSV is a bank-transaction import preview, not an accounting journal or completed reconciliation. Review every output and reconcile it to the original statement before using it. Purchase recovery restores access but never restores local PDFs or work in browser memory.

Do not send a statement, spreadsheet, package, screenshot, filename, account number, date, amount, balance, or transaction text.

Positive Pay generation is a one-time CAD $12 purchase, an eligible Jane close package is a one-time CAD $15 purchase, Shopify Payout Close is a one-time CAD $19 purchase for one eligible store-month, Bank Statement Converter is a one-time CAD $9 purchase for one eligible batch, and EmailReady is a recurring US$19 monthly subscription for one operator, each plus applicable tax. Stripe calculates and collects applicable tax and processes the payment and receipt. One Purpose Tools remains responsible for its tax registrations, reporting, filing, and remittance. Stripe, Shopify, Jane, Intuit, the supported banks, and email platforms do not decide or authorize refunds for One Purpose Tools.

Duplicate charges will be refunded. For Positive Pay or Jane, if payment succeeds but One Purpose Tools cannot verify it or cannot generate the supported file because of a product failure, contact payment support within 14 days. Provide only a Stripe receipt or Checkout Session identifier and a short description of what happened. Never send source or generated financial files, account numbers, names, dates, references, or amounts. Shopify Payout Close uses the separate supported-files refund promise stated above and has no added 14-day request limit.

For EmailReady, a refund does not by itself cancel or revoke a subscription. When a refund should end access, support will pair it with the required subscription cancellation or revocation and state what was done. You can manage future renewal through the Stripe customer portal.

After successful generation, change-of-mind requests and problems caused by the wrong bank service, incorrect bank settings, an unsupported workflow, or modification of the downloaded file are not ordinarily refundable. A generic rejection code or message from the bank may be requested, but not the file itself. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The checker inspects product CSV structure, reports supported risks, automatically applies allowlisted repairs, compares current and proposed files, and creates local exports. It does not connect to or write to a Shopify store.

Shopify behavior can depend on store state, apps, permissions, settings, and import features that are not present in the files. Unsupported or ambiguous cases require manual review.

You are responsible for reviewing findings, exported files, backups, and Shopify import settings before changing a live catalog. Test important imports on an appropriate backup or controlled workflow.

Do not import the human audit report into Shopify. Use the tool only with files you are authorized to handle and in a lawful way.

The checker can reduce avoidable mistakes, but it does not guarantee that Shopify will accept a file or that an import will have a particular result. A clean result means the implemented checks found no listed issue; it is not a certification of every Shopify behavior.

Checks and features can change as Shopify or supported bank formats change. Positive Pay generation is sold as a one-time CAD $12 purchase, plus applicable tax, for an eligible file; no account is required. Keep your own source files and backups rather than relying on the tool for storage.

One Purpose Tools is independent. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify, Jane Software Inc., National Bank, Scotiabank, TD, other listed banks, Intuit, or QuickBooks. Its Shopify checks are not official Shopify validation rules, its bank output is limited to the exact service shown by the generator, and its Jane workflow is not a Jane or QuickBooks integration.
