National Bank’s documented May 2026 ISSUE layout. Requires the 7-digit reconciliation account assigned to the enrolled service.

Does my cheque list leave this browser?
No. Cheque rows, payees, numbers, amounts, filenames, bank settings, and generated bytes are processed in this browser.
Which files can I review?
Use a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) cheque list up to 15 MB. QuickBooks exports are supported when the required cheque columns can be identified safely.
When do I pay?
The review is free. Payment is requested only after the list and required bank details are eligible to generate one supported bank file.
Does a successful review guarantee bank acceptance?
No. The review checks the documented format implemented here. Keep the download unchanged and follow your bank’s enrollment and upload process.
What if my bank service is not listed?
Do not substitute another format. Use only one of the exact supported services shown below; other services are not supported yet.

Cheque rows, payees, numbers, amounts, reconciliation settings, filenames, and generated bytes stay in this browser. Stripe receives payment and format identifiers, never cheque data.
